1. Overview

Glow Counter is a personal skincare inventory application. It helps users keep track of the cosmetic products they own, how much is left and how often they use them. This policy explains what information the application handles and how that information is treated.

2. Information the application obtains and how it is used

The application does not collect, log or store personal information when it is downloaded or used in the ordinary course. Registration is not required. If the application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to enable network connectivity, but that data is not retained or used for tracking.

3. Precise real-time location information

The application does not collect precise information about the location of a mobile device.

4. Third-party access

Because the application does not collect personal information during normal use, no routine personal data is shared with third parties.

5. Opt-out rights

Since the application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the application from the device. If someone contacts the Service Provider directly or provides information voluntarily by another method, they may request deletion of that information by emailing ailsabeaumont59@gmail.com.

6. Data Retention

Data entered into the application for everyday functionality is stored locally on the user’s device and remains there until the user edits, removes or uninstalls the application. DIAG&SCOPE LTD does not maintain a remote account database for routine usage records. If a user voluntarily sends information by email or through direct communication, that correspondence may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve the request, comply with legal obligations or maintain appropriate business records.

7. Data Deletion

Users may delete locally stored application content directly from within their device environment by removing entries, clearing application storage where supported, or uninstalling the application. Where information has been voluntarily provided to the Service Provider outside the application, a deletion request may be submitted to ailsabeaumont59@gmail.com, and the Service Provider will review and process the request in accordance with applicable law.

8. Children

The application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the application to them. Because the application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not placed at additional risk by ordinary use of the application alone. If personal information is voluntarily provided by other means on behalf of a child, parental or guardian consent must be obtained where required by law.

9. Security

Because the application does not routinely collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is limited. Even so, no security system is entirely infallible. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to help protect systems and any information it may hold through direct correspondence or other voluntary submissions.

10. Data Breach Notification

Since the application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a personal-data breach affecting routine application usage is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be given where required by applicable law.

11. Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting an updated version together with the relevant effective date. Previous versions may be made available upon request by contacting ailsabeaumont59@gmail.com.

12. Your Consent

If personal information is voluntarily provided to the Service Provider and processing relies on consent, that consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing carried out before the withdrawal request.

13. Contact Us

If there are any questions regarding privacy while using the application, or questions about the practices described in this Privacy Policy, please contact the Service Provider via email at ailsabeaumont59@gmail.com.
